Gavin Rajah is a South African designer based out of Cape Town that specialises in handcrafted garments that are made with the finest fabrics and craftsmanship. The brand is synonymous with luxury. Having shown in Paris during the couture for a few years and, elsewhere in the world he has set up based with a strong team of artisans.
The Cape Town based atelier services discerning clients wanting personalised service and clothing made to ‘couture’ standards. The brand has expanded into an atelier dedicated to product design and has successfully launched homeware, home fragrances and interior objet, not to mention a successful event concept company that has created experiences for some of the best brands in the world.
Underpinning the success of the brand is a passion for assisting women in vulnerable communities by offering them sustainable employment and teaching them skills. Gavin is an outspoken champion of child and human rights. He is a UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador and focused on programmes that end violence against children.

Craig Port, Kim Govaars and Kayla Markovitz Foreman are the multi award winning trio, that make up Maze Collective.

Their design aesthetic is bold , effortless, modern and authentic. The Maze Collective woman exudes strength, confidence and passion. They site their design inspiration from loving living in the beautiful Resort city of Cape Town.

Julia Buchanan is a graduate of the University of Cape Town, having completed a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Painting from Michaelis School of Fine Art, as well as Postgraduate Diploma in Entrepreneurship. She is a creative individual with a demonstrated history of working in art museums and galleries, such as Zeitz MOCAA and Norval Foundation, Cape Town. Julia is an energetic entrepreneur and designer who enjoys exploring creativity in all its formats, including fashion, fine art and culinary experiences.
The idea to start the brand began 5 years ago while Julia was travelling and working in Barcelona, Spain. She realised that there were few places in South Africa where ladies could buy locally made, affordable swimwear. When she returned to Cape Town she started JULZ SWIM, now called JULIA, which was focused on providing women with comfortable and unique swimwear and apparel.
Having started with swimwear, Julia has always been largely inspired by the seaside and the lifestyle that surrounds it. Sustainability is a key priority, evident in past collections that have featured garments made from 100% recycled materials. Items on offer have now expanded into linens and accessories.

MZUKISI MBANE – IMPRINT ZA
Mzukisi Mbane was born and raised in Cape Town. He holds a formal qualification in the form of a Bachelor of Accounting Sciences. He is a highly driven and passionate entrepreneur, self-taught fashion designer and brand
ambassador Mzukisi has won numerous entrepreneurship awards.
Studied product design and development from the SABS Design Institute in Pretoria, and advanced Business Management and Entrepreneurship from the Gordon Institute of Business Science. He currently sits on the panel of curators for Cape College of fashion and design.

Thula Sindi, a distinguished South African fashion designer known for his elegance and sophistication, has captured the spotlight with his remarkable designs since 2006. His contributions to the fashion industry, especially his women’s clothing lines featuring bold prints, clean aesthetics, and meticulous detailing, have garnered recognition both locally in South Africa and on the international stage. Thula Sindi’s impact on African fashion is widely acknowledged.

Kat van Duinen
A labour of love, every piece is produced with painstaking care, showcasing the skill of South African workmanship. Kat keeps her promise that every item is proudly made in South Africa. Wherever possible, and as much as availability and quality allow, Kat van Duinen endeavours to source materials and skills within South Africa.

Ezokhetho founded by Mpumelelo Dhlamini, a term derived from the isiZulu language by him & his mom. After graduating with a BA Degree in Fashion at The Villioti Fashion Institute, Mpumelelo sort out to create a clothing brand that would be a form of storytelling. Having graduated receiving the Dean’s Merit Award.
He went on to complete the EDCON Design Innovation Programme, a developmental initiative, which included the SA Fashion Week – 21 Steps Retail Programme, and an EDCON internship. In 2019, being selected to sell the first capsule collection in Milan during Milan Fashion Week. The brand Ezokhetho was born.
A clothing brand that is created to reflect the African person as well as celebrate the lineage that is behind the now. The brand continues to take on a DNA of its own with each collection as it progresses. The brand has been featured in various publications and platforms, both locally and internationally.


Noko Malatjie
Elevating Retail Partnerships Through Design Excellence and Social Innovation
Noko Malatjie is a trailblazer in the African designer eyewear space, offering a unique mix of innovation, technical prowess, and social awareness to the global eyewear market. Originating from a personal need, extending through rigorous academic research, and culminating in the establishment of Orme Atelier, Noko has created a one-of-a-kind eyewear agency. With nearly a decade in the industry, he has key collaborations with international brands and offers a range of innovative solutions from product design to market differentiation. Noko offers more than just eyewear; he offers a vision for a better, more inclusive world.

Kiav Mitoo
Kiav is a 21-year-old, Cape Town Based artist who has taken his stylistic approach into the fashion world through his streetwear brand “Blank State of Mind”. He is studying toward a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design at IIE’s Cape Town Vega campus and during this degree has worked with Pick ’n Pay clothing through Gavin Rajah’s FutureWear initiative as well as content-based work for Markhams and Mr Price Sport.
